Default octave per Western pitch class for a typical male singer.
Keys are pitch class names ("C", "C#", "D", …). Values are the octave integer that, when combined with the pitch class via com.musicmuni.voxatrace.common.MusicTheory.noteLabelToHz, produces a tonic frequency in the typical male vocal range.
